Dale's Honey is a family-owned and operated business with a legacy of beekeeping in Otago that spans three generations. Located between our bases in Alexandra and Middlemarch, we follow the nectar flow along the Otago Central Rail Trail, much like our bees do.
From hive to jar, nothing is overlooked. We care for our bees, our land, and our craft with future generations in mind. Because how we do things today shapes what endures tomorrow.
