Dale's Honey is a family owned and operated business built on three generations of beekeeping. Between our bases in Alexandra and Middlemarch, like the bees, we follow the nectar flow alongside the Otago Central Rail Trail. 

From looking after our bees, to getting honey into jars, it’s all part of the same process- and it all matters. Not only what the business, hives, and landscape looks like today, but what it will look like generations from now. Sustainability is important to us and the way we work is simple: put the effort in, look after the land, and let the honey speak for itself.
